Food: a task force against food sophistication

A carabineer task force against the olive oil sophistication was founded; this is composed by carabineers, expert as tasters, specialized on the traditional extra-virgin and educated by UNAPROL ( the Italian oil-consort). Recognized by the Region Lazio, the course was activated with the collaboration of Apol (the association of olive producers from Lazio) and was realized with the support of the European Union. The 20 expert carabineers will be given the certificates during an official ceremony and with the presence of the authorities of the Department for Agriculture, Agna (Agency for rogations in agriculture) of the Region Lazio and Arsial (regional Agency for the development and innovation for the Agriculture in Lazio).
