The VIP customers are really numerous. In the South in Eolie isles, at Lipari the English daily the Guardian adviced “Da Flippino” with a cost between €25 and €40. “The Guardian” comments it doesn’t have a very good appearance at first sight. But it attracts VIPs’ attention like Naomi Campbell and Sting”. It has a great rustic saloon decorated with posters of films from the 50’s”. The foreign press appreciates also the most famous and best-known restaurants with an international fame (but with a bill always over €75) such as the “trattoria Toscana” (10,51%) of the very famous French chef Alani Ducasse at Castiglion della Pescaia (Tuscany) where you can find the synthesis between old tradition and new trends (le Figaro), and the restaurant by Gualtiero Marchesi (9,75%) at Erbuseo, in the province of Brescia where “the house specialities are rice with golden leaf and ravioli with seafood “La Masseria Torre Maizza” (7,07%) at Fasano (BR) where dinner is served in the stalls and “Club Moritzino” a 2000 metres high refuge in Val Badia (Piz la Villa) “it is the symbol of Alta Badia with its Italian elegance joining men’s sports-nature” (Le Figaro).
