MEDITERRANEAN DIET TO BE PERFECT LOVERS
Extra virgin olive oil, fruit and vegetable, pasta, fish, some meat and animal fats( the key-ingredients of our diet) are the ideal mixer for a sentimental date. Today in Rome the week for andrology ( organized by the Italian society of Andrology-Siam where this relationship between diet and sexuality has been discussed. The diet has revealed as fundamental even for women’s desire in a study of the Second University in Naples. This research is going to be presented tomorrow by Ida Maiorino Esposito who examined 400 women with sexual disorders showing that this trouble is often associated to metabolic diseases due to stress, lack of physical activity and bad food-style.
