OIL: “bread and oil”: the movie is being shot

This movie is being shot at Nepi; the movie has the extra virgin olive oil as protagonist, together with the actors Massimo Ghini, Mascia Musy and Good Spencer. This film will be entirely shot in Tuscia, where the screen-play was written by the leader of the farm “l’Olivaia” Fabrizia Cusani together with Fausto brizzi and Marco Martani, famous authors of many films just like the recent “Night before the exams”. “Bread and oil” is a fairy tale - Fabrizia Cusani and Gianpaolo Sodano underlined – but it is also an up-to-date story where the olive and the oil symbolize Jenny’s will to live; Jenny is the protagonist, she is an Irish writer who after a diagnosis of a cancer, comes back to her home- place where she had spent her childhood, resigned to die. But she suddenly falls in love and she wants to live on, fighting against this terrible disease-. A concert for the oil by Carlo Crivelli has been chosen as sound track. “we use our creativity to spread the culture of the extra virgin olive oil all over Italy and to improve the fame of this precious food” Cusano and Sodano stated.
