AGRICULTURE: high Garda: synergies between oil an territory in the meeting at Riva

The extra-virgin olive oil in the Italian piedmont areas is getting more and more interesting and borderless. The production is good, both for quality and for quantity. But now it is time to promote a gastronomic culture so that the consumer is able to recognize high quality products. This is what merged at the meeting “mountain oil and development of the area” organized by AIPO (the Interregional Association of oil producers) and by the Agro-cooperative at Riva, this collects 346 associates, the most producers of High Garda – First the existing synergies between oil and productive area, between the enterprises and the local administrations between the environmental politics and the cultivation of the olive-trees are needed – Albino Pezzini (the AIPO President) said- on one side these synergies emphasize the social value of economic activities, olive culture and oil-culture, whose roots are lost in history. On the other side they underline the reliability that the whole economic system could conquer in the market and among the consumers.
