Food: ice creams for celiac and cocoa beer
A vodka marked by Roberto Cavalli ( one of the
most famous Italian stylists) endowed with an
original bottle-design; five kinds of ice-cream
produced by Nestlè for celiac; cocoa beer or beer
produced by using honey instead of sugar. These
are the most important news presented at Rimini
Fiera ( a fair in Rimini) that hosts several shows of
"Food and Beverage": the 38thInternational show of
food ( Mia in Italy), the 7th 'Mse seafood and
processing'dedicated to fishing, the 10th "Beer
Planet" ( Pianeta Birra) and the new international
exhibition " Yellow Gold" (oro giallo) for extra-
virgin olive oil. One thousand and five hundred
enterprises, directly present or represented have
attended the fair, placed on 100.000 square meters with
an expected participation of professionals up to
90.000 visitors. The "healthiest" beer comes from
Namibia: the African Nbl was awarded by
Germany for its low level of alcohol, that doesn't
affect its taste and for its lack of artificial
or added ingredients. Besides there are a lot of new
fruit juices: mango and passion, Strawberry and
banana: they are sugar free, water free and without
any additives or artificial colouring. The group
"Coltiva" from Modena( an Italian city) realized a
single-dose wine to favour a responsible con-
sumption, available in nine types, both sparkling
and not-sparkling." Adriatic sea" presented "King
crab"( the Royal crab): this shell-fish from Lapland
is very rare, in fact in Italy its availability is
one/tenth compared to the demand. Its wholesale
cost is about € 60/kg and there are also some
specimens weighing 13 kilos. Bio-health has also a
new vending machine delivering fresh bio-
products all day long: it works with coins and
cards.
