The experts’ advice against obesity
According to the experts there are some mistakes to be avoided to fight this disease: eight simple rules divided in bans and advices. First: shopping shouldn’t be done in great quantities if you are not sure that the purchased food can be stored or eaten before it expires. You can run the risk to eat too much not to waste food, or on the contrary, to save no money because the extra-food becomes rubbish.
Second: do not haste: fast food or cold food don’t match with fitness; third: don’t give up the Mediterranean food. Fourth: check your rubbish: if you throw away too many things, you buy too much or you buy the wrong things; fifth : consume season fruit and vegetable and if possible, the food produced in the region you live; sixth: use fish, both fresh or freeze, which is usually cheaper.
