STOCKFISH FROM ANCONA AT GALADINNER (EMBASSY OF PRAGUE)

THE ACADEMY OF Stockfish from Ancona presented in Prague its traditional dish. In fact the chef Paolo Antinori, from Ancona, presented this old-traditional dish to 50 very important guests, among them the Apostolic Nuncio, the Ambassador from Albania, Israel, Norway, and Holland and some diplomatic representatives of our Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the ambassador Fabio Pigliapoco. Antinori and his staff prepared a menu dedicated to the colours and tastes of Conero and Marche: some recipes with stockfish at the basis and the traditional cake with cream and chocolate drops, biscuits made with extra virgin olive oil and the “Turchetto,” an old drink made of coffee, rhum and anice. The wines used were Cuprese, Horns and Class dolce of the wine-farm Colomara.
