Taste showroom: the typical food from Calabria on show
Just a few people know the “capicollo azze anca”, a typical product, made from the pork’s leg by the breeders and the butchers from the Grecanica area of Calabria. This very particular food belongs to the Greek dominion on the Ionio sea. To fight the big paralysis that is affecting the agro food industry, 10 enterprises from Calabria offer, on their expenses, the typical products: the Mediterranean fish and the stockfish, the extra-virgin olive oil of the hills before Aspromonte mountains, mushrooms, pork, ‘nduja (typical spicy sauce), liquorice, and handmade nougat.
