OIL: success for a course for sommelier oil of olive oil at Zara

22 Croatians as producers, restorers and consumers attended a course for sommelier organized in Croatia at Zahra, by the Trade chamber at Ancona, Promadria (association for the development and promotion of the Adriatic sea), the province of Ancona and the Economy chamber of Zahra. This initiative was born during the last edition of the forum of Trade chambers of the Adriatic and Ionic areas in Ancona. The need to have olive oil tasters as experts was born on this occasion; this can bound the cultural and economic relationship between the Italian producers and the western Balkans, allowing the ‘know-how’ exchange. The olive oil has always been a very interesting productive field for the Adriatic and Ionic areas. The most important aim is the certified quality. This is the European policy of neighbourhood” that favours a cooperation beyond the frontiers and lands among bordering areas. After the success of this course at Zahra, the experts will analyze the possibility to develop this project of education during the next Forum of the trade chambers of the Adriatic and Ionio.
